Email Address – Required for SparkPost AI login. Stored securely using Firebase Authentication.
Contact Form Info – If you contact us through the website, we collect your name, email, and message content.
API Tokens – If you use SparkPost AI to post on your social accounts (e.g., Instagram or Facebook), you may provide access tokens. These are used solely for automation and never shared.

2. How We Use Your Data

To authenticate and give you access to SparkPost AI
To automate posting (only when you enable it)
To respond to support or sales inquiries

3. Storage & Security

All login and user data is stored securely through Firebase.
API tokens are either stored securely on your computer or via encrypted Firebase access (if you opt in).
We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or retargeting pixels on our site.

4. Data Sharing

We never sell or share your personal information. SparkPost AI only connects to services you authorize:

Firebase – for login and settings
OpenAI – for caption and image prompt generation
Facebook/Instagram APIs – only when you enable posting
